Öncelikle The Balm'ın bu sevimli ötesi paketleri ve ürünlerin esprili isimlerinin beni çok cezbettiğini söylemeliyim.
Good morning! Today I'll be reviewing the eye primer by The Balm; Put A Lid On It. After reading some super positive blog posts about this primer, I rushed into the drugstore and got myself one, since I was running out of my Urban Decay Primer Potion. I should say, the lovely vintage packaging and the name of each product by The Balm is so attractive!

Ürün çok kullanışlı bir tüpte geliyor. Tüp sayesinde yalnızca ihtiyacınız kadar ürünü dışarı sıkmış oluyorsunuz. Büyük bir artı. Yapısı Urban Decay gibi, ancak daha ıslak bir hissi var, öyle ki, göz kapaklarıma ilk sürdüğümde 'Bu nasıl bir far bazı? Yapış yapış!' demiştim. Yaklaşık 15-20 saniye içinde kuruyup sabitleniyor ve üzerine yaptığınız göz makyajı siz silene kadar sabit kalıyor. Cumartesi sabahı 09:00'da sürdüğüm farım ve göz kalemim gece 23:00'te makyajımı silene kadar sabitti. Kısacası baza bayıldım!
The products comes in a tube, which is perfect for squeezing just the right amount of product out. The consistency is similar to Urban Decay Primer Potion, but this one is a little bit runny and it feels wet. It dries in 15-20 seconds and makes your eyelids so soft, silky but matte. I put my eyeshadow and liner at 9 am in the morning and they were still looking beautiful without any smudge or fall down. I love it!

Yağlı göz kapaklarında bile makyajın durmasını sağlayan bu baz aynı zamanda farların renklerini daha net belli ediyor. Yukarıdaki fotoğrafta, üstteki mavi far bazın üstüne sürüldü. It's not only mattifiying and meant to keep the eyeshadow in place. It also makes the colors appear brighter and deeper. On the picture above, you can see the blue eyeshadow applied on the top of the primer above, and the same eyeshadow on its own below. The difference's clear, isn't it?
